Where do you ship to?

We ship within the 50 United States only. We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or any other US Protectorates nor do we ship to APO/FPO Addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For more details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

What are my shipping options?

We offer FREE economy shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. These orders will be delivered by either UPS or your local USPS office. Please provide both your PO Box and a physical address if your shipping address is different for each carrier. If you select UPS for shipping, please provide a physical address (PO Boxes aren’t accepted). We also offer the paid options of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping. We also ship to AK and HI with the provided paid options through UPS. For more details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

When will my order ship?

We focus on shipping your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped out the same business day they are received if placed before 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders taken that are not processed and shipped the same day are typically shipped the morning of the next business day. We do not ship on the weekends. When will I receive my order?

Depending on the availability of the items and the shipping method chosen, this will vary. We will estimate the expected delivery date but this is not guaranteed as there are many factors which can delay an order in transit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please visit our Where's My Order? page where you can track your order, access your history, save multiple shipping addresses and save items to your wish list.

Where are you located?

We have warehouses in AZ, TX and VA and ship products from all three facilities. We do our best to ship from the closest warehouse to your residence so you receive your items as soon as possible. Sometimes an order is shipped from two different warehouses. This is not common but we will inform you if that’s the case. For more details on our company, please see the About Us page.

Can I pick up or return my order to your warehouse?

We apologize for any inconvenience but orders can’t be picked up or returned to any of our locations.

Can I order items over the phone?

At this time, we aren’t set up to process orders over the phone. We are more than happy to help you via email with any questions or concerns you may have. During normal business hours, you can expect a reply within one business day at the most. We respond to many inquiries within just a few hours or less. See our Contact Us page for more details.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns of new and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us with your Order ID and description of problem for instructions before returning your items. For more details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are NOT refundable. It is an additional service that is paid for at the time of shipment. We aren’t refunded for the cost. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

All of our products are high quality aftermarket parts and are covered with a 1-year limited warranty effective from the original purchase date. If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately so we may find the best solution to your problem. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal accounts as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

How do I know if this is the correct item for my vehicle?

With the exception of a few specialty items, all of our auto parts are aftermarket replacements designed specifically to replace your OEM part. Please use the reference numbers provided to match with your original parts. These parts will only be compatible with the specific years, makes and models listed. Please reference a repair manual or consult a professional mechanic to confirm.

How can I tell what's included with the part?

The components included (such as light bulbs, brackets, mounting hardware, etc.) with the parts will be shown in the picture and/or described on the page. Please don’t expect anything else as we can’t guarantee anything additional will be included.

Do you offer any installation instructions?

We apologize for the inconvenience but we don’t have nor do we offer any installation instructions or assistance. We recommend professional installation for all of our parts. If you need further assistance, please reference an automotive repair manual or consult a professional mechanic.

Can I change my order after it's been created?

During normal business hours, we process and ship orders out as soon as possible. Things we can change if notified in time to do so include sending to a different address, or cancelling the order if the wrong part is ordered. We are not able to change the items ordered or add/subtract items to the order. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we cannot cancel it. We can’t guarantee that we can make such changes prior to an order being shipped. Please email us immediately and we will try to update the record in time.

Where are your parts made?

Our parts come from many different countries and are only of the highest quality.

What are the brands of your parts?

We use a variety of vendors which are all of the highest quality. Since we can’t guarantee what will be available in our inventory at time of shipment, we can’t provide the specific brand of our parts.

What does L and R indicate?

L is for “left side” and indicates the Driver’s side and R is for “right side” and indicates the Passenger’s side. The correct perspective is from sitting in a vehicle while facing forward.

Do you price match with other companies?

We are always happy to look into the option of a price match. Please contact us about the item in question along with a link to the competitor’s website page prior to purchasing and we will let you know if we can. Once a purchase is made, we do not conduct price matching nor do we do partial reimbursement if the item is found to be available for less elsewhere.

Do you do any special pricing for multiple items?

We work to give you the best price on orders comprising volumes of a single or multiple parts. Please email us with the items you are interested in and the quantity of each. We will let you know how we can accommodate your request as soon as possible.
